For the first time in years, I actually could take a holiday weekend off, so I was raring to get back to the desk this morning.
What did I do for my writing today?
I wrote 1500 words on the book that's on deadline.
I sent out and responded to promotional requests for the release, ASSUMPTION OF RIGHT, that drops on June 6.
I caught up on email.
Now, I have to deal with some errands, but this afternoon, I have two articles to finish and send off, and a third article to start. I hope I can get back to the WIP for a bit, but that depends on how much I have to do in the garden.
By the end of the week, I have to get out a half dozen proposals for future projects.
In other words, a typical writing day -- only the garden's in there, too!
